I would like to know as well, I assume because of the whole mysterious hit peace that came out against Patch Linden that stirred up trouble for the Lindens.
They are probably put in the middle because they deal with children avatars. Anything that has to do with child avatars have been faced with negative turbulence, by proxy, even if they’re not sexual, because of the hit peace.

The marketplace shows things that have been purchased just now that are over 500$L and refreshes at some interval, or maybe just streams, I don’t know. It doesn’t show what was purchased. So Bonnie scrapes that data, or follows that stream.
How do you find the list? Bonniebots doesn’t have a section for it (although in their faq I did see a mention of marketplace sales data.

In some sims avatars tend to be taller. People tack on an extra foot and that’s normal in those spaces. Then these five head tall four Karens with pouty baby faces with juvenile aesthetics, no shoulders wearing an AO that makes them look like a little girl with her knees turned in as seen on a poster about bed-wetting in a doctor’s office show up. Invariably they’re all wearing the reborn body with maximum hip width so they can tantrum when asked to grow up their avatar because they have curves. Questionable short avatars know what they’re doing and deserve ARs in sims where people go large.
